Functions

Usually used for binding of s-z twisted optical fiber cable. (Binder yarn is inserted into the concentric binder, after it is wrapped around the s/z type's twisted loose tubes in order to fix the loose tubes before jacketing)
Manufactured and sold in 2 types: standard and low shrinkage
Usually manufactured as flat yarn to prevent the surface of loose tubes from being damaged during the binding process, ideal for cable production with a binder head speed of up to 4000RPM.
Using semi-slit tubes for easy removal.
Tested of breaking strength, elongation at break.
Shrinkage at high temperature during production to ensure the high quality of Daesung Tex binder yarn.
Manufactured under the certification # 0423927 of the Korean patent bureau
