We purchase the K29, K49 TYPE 1110 ~ 8050 DTEX manufactured by DUPONT, an American company. We remanufacture this, changing the sizes (length, weight, etc) as the cable manufacturers want.
Manufacturing Process
- Purchase DUPONT KEVLAR 1110~8050DTEX
- Join threads together (Example: 1670 DTEX 1 thread + 3220 DTEX 2 threads = 8050 DTEX: an approximate value)
- Twist yarn
- Pack up
- Distribute
* Monthly supplies available: 20TON * Annual supplies available: 240TON
